iHeir Industrial Microbial Testing Center
The iHeir Microbial Testing Center is a specialized microbial technology laboratory established with significant investment by Guangzhou iHeir China Antifungal Technology Co.,LTD. It undertakes research projects, technical services, and product development tasks related to anti-mold and antibacterial technologies. This laboratory is currently a key research and development base in China for microbial hazard control in various materials and products, as well as for the development of innovative technology product for anti-mold and antimicrobial properties. It has lead the development of national industry standards for antimicrobial and anti-mold products, and has received funding from the "Industry-University-Research" special fund of the Department of Education of Guangdong Province. Additionally, it serves as a collaborative laboratory with the Guangzhou Institute of Microbiology, participating in a number of major scientific research projects and holding multiple national patents.
The testing center is equipped with optical microscopes, stereomicroscopes, clean benches, gyrotron oscillators, bacterial incubators, fungal incubators, constant temperature and humidity incubators, biological safety cabinets, electric constant temperature drying ovens, constant temperature water baths, gas chromatographs, liquid chromatographs, fume hoods, benchtop centrifuges, pH meters, electronic balances and other testing equipment. These tools are used to assess material mold risk, conduct microbial identification and targeted analysis for customers, helping them understand the mold risks and causes of mold in their own products. Based on this, iHeir provides major brands with tailored comprehensive anti-mold and antibacterial solutions, offering solid technological support to help customers achieve the ultimate goal of “zero mold” product protection.
