Working Principle

2. Chemical Bonding: Active ingredients of cationic polymers are evenly distributed on the coating of the packing paper, forming a positively charged long carbon chain structure.
3. Adsorption and Sterilization: Actively adsorbs negatively charged mold and bacteria, piercing their cell walls, disrupting electrolyte balance, leading to their death.
4. Inhibition of Regeneration: Cationic polymers enter the mold and bacteria, inhibiting the activity of cellular enzymes, preventing reproduction.
5. Humidity Activation: When humidity increases, cationic polymers release cations, enhancing sterilization, creating a sterile barrier for long-term protection.
Usage
1. Cationic anti mold packaging paper is packaged in vacuum aluminum film bags. When using, use scissors to cut one side of the aluminum film bag straight open;
2. Take out the cationic anti mold packaging paper from the aluminum film bag and place it flat on the packaging table assembly line;
3. Use S-shaped or cross shaped packaging to package the finished shoes in the shoe box;
4. Cover the shoe box with the shoe box cover as soon as possible after packaging the shoes with cationic anti mold packaging paper;
5. Please pack the inner box with cationic anti mold packaging paper into the outer box as soon as possible and pack it into the warehouse.
Precautions
1. Cationic anti mold packaging paper has a certain degree of irritation, and it is not ruled out that some people may experience skin allergies. Please wear latex gloves for operation.
2. The cationic anti mold packaging paper adopts vacuum aluminum film bag packaging, which can be stored for 1 year without opening.
3. If the cationic anti mold packaging paper has been opened and is not used up on the same day, please put the cationic anti mold packaging paper into an aluminum film bag and seal it with sealing tape before leaving work, and use it up within one week.
4. Cationic anti mold packaging paper should be stored below 40 degrees Celsius in a dry and ventilated place, and should not be placed in direct sunlight.
